Is WenRayeh for riders or businesses?+
Both, with the business at the center. Transport businesses manage their own drivers, riders and dispatch workspace. Invited riders use the rider app to request and follow their trips.
How do riders join my business?+
You share a business-specific invitation link. Riders can register or accept an invitation using their account. Each rider belongs to one business at a time; moving requires the explicit transfer flow.
Can a guest track a ride without the app?+
Yes. Authorized staff can share an expiring guest tracking link that opens in a browser. It shows that trip's public tracking information without requiring a rider account.
Are monthly plans limited by ride count?+
No. The initial monthly plans include unlimited rides and riders. Plans differ by their driver and staff-account limits.
How do payments work in the current pilot?+
The platform records trip fares, cash collections and remittances. Whish payments are currently simulated in the pilot; real payment processing requires the official provider integration.
Can I sign up a business instantly?+
Business activation is managed by the platform owner for the first release. Contact your platform owner to arrange activation; this website does not create or activate accounts. Existing customers can access their business dashboard.
