Using WenRayeh
These terms govern your use of the WenRayeh website, rider app and related booking services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Platform and transport businesses
WenRayeh supplies software connecting riders with transport businesses, drivers and authorized booking partners. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the connected transport business provides and is responsible for transport, driver suitability, vehicle compliance, fares and local service rules. A business subscription agreement, hotel agreement or specific booking terms may apply separately. Availability and legal permissions vary by region.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate contact information, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or act with appropriate adult authorization. Business invitations and joining requests connect your account to a service provider. Review any provider switch before confirming it. Social login does not change these responsibilities.
Bookings and trip changes
A booking request is subject to dispatch review, driver availability and any stated business approval. Request sent does not necessarily mean a driver is assigned. Pickup times, countdowns, routes and arrival estimates can change because of traffic, connectivity or operations. Check pickup and destination, passenger count and schedule before confirming. Use the business’s support process for fare questions, cancellation or no-show rules. Do not rely on WenRayeh for emergency transport.
Fares and payments
The transport business sets or confirms your fare and the available payment methods. Review the displayed currency, fare and payment instructions. Cash and an external payment service may be supported. A rider payment report is subject to confirmation; an unconfirmed or simulated status does not prove a transfer. Third-party payment services have separate terms and may charge fees. Refunds, cancellation charges and disputes are handled with the relevant business or provider under applicable law. We do not authorize a charge merely because you submit a support request.
Safe and acceptable use
Treat drivers, riders and staff respectfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent rides or payments, harass participants, share unlawful content, misuse guest links, interfere with systems, scrape personal information or try to access another business’s data. Follow local passenger and vehicle safety requirements. Trip messaging is for authorized trip communication and is not an emergency channel.
Guest links messages and feedback
Only share a guest tracking link with people you intend to let follow the trip. Anyone holding a valid link may view its permitted information and may forward it. Submit messages and ratings that are accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of your content and permit the platform to process it as needed to provide the requested service, moderate misuse and address support issues. Do not submit content you lack permission to share.
Notifications and service availability
Notifications, location updates and messages depend on device permissions, mobile networks and third-party services. We cannot guarantee delivery or uninterrupted availability. Keep the app updated and check important trip details directly. We may maintain, change or suspend features to address security, legal requirements or service operation.
Deletion and suspension
You may permanently delete your rider account through Profile. The confirmation screen explains the consequences, including cancelled open rides, removed messages, revoked guest links and limited retained records. Deletion does not cancel an existing legal payment obligation or erase records another provider must lawfully retain. We may restrict accounts involved in misuse, security incidents or legal violations. See the privacy policy and account deletion page for details.
Software rights and responsibility
The WenRayeh software, branding and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purpose, not ownership of the software. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory guarantees.
Disputes contact and changes
Contact the connected transport business first for a ride or fare issue and platform Support for account, privacy or software concerns. We will seek to resolve issues fairly. Applicable mandatory laws and competent courts remain available; these terms do not impose an invented jurisdiction or waive consumer rights. We may update these terms and show a new effective date. Material changes may require notice or renewed agreement where applicable.
